## Estimates and how projects work

Estimates are free and carry no obligation. All estimates and projects are prepared and performed by vetted, independent local professionals. Final pricing, scheduling, project terms, and any workmanship warranty or guarantee are set and provided by the professional performing the work, and are confirmed with you before any work begins.

## Photos and examples

Some photos on this site are representative examples shown for inspiration; they illustrate colors, finishes, and styles rather than specific completed projects.

## No warranties on site content

We work to keep the site accurate, but it's provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Colors shown on screen can differ from applied paint; pricing and timeline figures are typical ranges, not promises about your specific project.

## Limitation of liability
